O Conselho Diretor da Anatel prorrogou a análise sobre proposta de celebração de Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC) da Algar Telecom sobre temas relacionados a direitos e garantias dos usuários, fiscalização e interrupções de chamadas. A prestadora, que tem concessão de telefonia fixa nos estados de São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul e Goiás, tem multas no valor de aproximadamente R$ 70 milhões, que poderão ser trocadas por compromissos de investimentos.
De acordo com o relator, conselheiro Aníbal Diniz, o processo ainda está na Procuradoria Federal Especializada da agência, que tem até o dia 28 de dezembro para se manifestar sobre o assunto. Como a última reunião do Conselho Diretor será no dia 12 de dezembro, o tema deverá voltar à pauta somente no próximo ano.
O Conselho também prorrogou a análise da solicitação de ratificação de dispensabilidade de bens imóveis localizados no município de Londrina/PR, por parte da Sercomtel. O pedido é relativo a quatro imóveis. O processo está sob a relatoria do conselheiro Emmanoel Campelo.
